2018 Board Meetings
September 17, 2018

The OldTowne Commons HOA has set the rest of it’s HOA meetings for 2018.  These will take place on September 19th – change in date (Budget Meeting at 6:00pm), October 17th, (Board Meeting at 5:30pm and Annual Meeting at 6:30pm)  The meeting will be at the Coventry Office at 2045 Valley Avenue, Suite 100.  All association members are welcome.

Formal announcements for the Fall Annual Meeting will go out to all residents ahead of the meeting.

 
Trash Pickup
August 15, 2018

Please be aware that on trash pickup days the City of Winchester has a policy that they will only pick up 3 bags of trash. This means that you should not add your trash to another’s pile if it exceeds 3 bags. The city may leave the extra bags if they are piled together. You should keep your pile in front of your unit and please keep them separate from your neighbors.

Hint: If you have more than 3 bags you may combine bags into a larger bag so as to not exceed 3. 😉

Landscaping Update
July 30, 2018

The stump has been removed and we are moving forward with the fence repair in the back section. There was a delay in getting some bids regarding this work so this is not yet settled. Mulching is completed and the board is considering some option in the back area regarding other landscaping needs but these will be tabled to a later date. Stay tuned.

 
Owner Access Portals
April 25, 2018

Coventry Group is now offering Owner Access portals (see the new link in the sidebar) to allow you to access your association account details. From the portal, you can view your current account balance, check your payment history, pay your assessments online, view pending violations or open work orders, communicate with your association manager and more.

If we have your email address on file, an email was sent to you with your confirmation code. If you need a confirmation code, please email our office manager. Include your name, community name, property address within the community and your email address. We need ALL of this information to verify each homeowner. OldTowne Commons – First Annual Membership Meeting – December 13, 2017

With the settling of the last remaining homes at OldTowne Commons the HOA is looking to have their first annual Members Meeting. The formal announcements went out and the meeting is set for December 13th at 6:00pm. Primary purpose of this first meeting will be to establish a Board of Directors and determine the direction of the Association.
