Owner Access Portals

Coventry Group is now offering Owner Access portals (see the new link in the sidebar) to allow you to access your association account details. From the portal, you can view your current account balance, check your payment history, pay your assessments online, view pending violations or open work orders, communicate with your association manager and more.

If we have your email address on file, an email was sent to you with your confirmation code. If you need a confirmation code, pleaseĀ email our office manager. Include your name, community name, property address within the community and your email address. We need ALL of this information to verify each homeowner. 2018 Board Meetings

The OldTowne Commons HOA is in the process of setting up the 2018 calendar for Board Meetings and the Annual Meeting. This will be posted soon. Formal announcements for the Annual Meeting will go out to all residents ahead of the meeting with time to plan. All members are welcome to all board and annual meetings and we welcome your input and support. Currently meetings are held at the Coventry Group office currently at 21 S. Kent Street. This address is expected to change soon, so please stay tuned.

 
OldTowne Commons – First Annual Membership Meeting – December 13, 2017

With the settling of the last remaining homes at OldTowne Commons the HOA is looking to have their first annual Members Meeting. The formal announcements went out and the meeting is set for December 13th at 6:00pm. Primary purpose of this first meeting will be to establish a Board of Directors and determine the direction of the Association.

 
Customer Portals

You have access to your account via the Homeowner Portal (see the new link in the sidebar). With your Internet-enabled device, you can now view your current account balance, check your payment history, view pending violations or open work orders, communicate with your association manager and more.

To insure your privacy, only homeowners whose email address is opted in will be automatically entered into the portal system. If you have not already opted in to receive emails, please email our office manager. Include your name, community name, address within the community, and your email address. This extra step is designed for the safety of your personal information, because it allows us to verify each homeowner.
